A 8-week, girls-only after school program designed to strengthen your daughter's body, mind, and spirit. Athletes and non-athletes will improve their self-confidence with conditioning exercises and relieve stress with yoga. We're partnering with Lara Ward from Yoga 4 Life for the yoga workouts. Program includes fitness assessments before and after to measure progress. Help your daughter begin building a lifelong healthy body image and relationship with physical activity. Must be 9-12 years old.
