Meet the Staff

Sara Lewis

Owner/Personal Trainer

Sara has a degree in Exercise and Health Promotion from Virginia Tech. With more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Sara has worked in a variety of settings including government-based, large commercial chains, and university fitness facilities. Sara’s clientele has been diverse: ages 18-65, pre/post natal, physically and mentally challenged, and recreational athletes. Sara holds multiple fitness certifications from the American Council on Exercise, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally, Sara is a Certification Specialist for AFAA, BOSU Master Trainer, and freelance writer.

     

Kerry Perry

Boot Camp Instructor/Personal Trainer

    Based in Round Hill, VA, Kerry lives with her husband and four sons where she promotes a fitness-based family lifestyle. A lifelong swimmer and triathlon competitor, she combines bike touring and cycle classes with promoting good nutrition as essential components for healthy living. Kerry combines a BA from George Mason, with a Group Fitness Certification and Spinning Instruction Certification. Locally, Kerry teaches Spin, Boot Camp, Strength, and Core group fitness classes. Kerry’s philosophy of progressive fitness training for moms champions her own struggles with high risk pregnancies, post partum recovery combined with an active daily family life.
