While nutrition is a big part of the weight loss equation, exercise is essential for creating the look of toned, healthy muscles. You'll get a consultation and weekly customized workouts designed by a personal trainer. Additionally, you'll participate in a weekly small group personal training session with your personal trainer on Mondays from 7-8pm.
We'll take your measurements before and after the program to track your results. Plus, we'll assess your improvements in strength.
